Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Manager – Delivery – Applied AI in Minneapolis, MN, to lead the end-to-end execution of enterprise AI initiatives and manage a multidisciplinary AI engineering team.

This role partners with the Senior Director of AI to scale capabilities, establish engineering best practices, and ensure production-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment with speed, quality, and governance.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end enterprise AI initiatives from ideation to production and support.
• Drive delivery of AI, ML, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Establish compliant AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) covering experimentation, model development, deployment, and governance.
• Ensure security, quality, and operational readiness of AI systems.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations, Data Engineering, Security, and other teams to scale AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing multidisciplinary AI engineering team.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top AI talent.
• Manage team capacity, sprint execution, and resource allocation across AI initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable engineering roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
