Qualifications

• Ten years of leadership in AI/ML/data science or automation.
• Experience deploying enterprise-scale AI/automation solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, purchase, deployment of AI models and automation across domains.
• Ensure AI/automation integrates with EHR, claims, portals, data lakes.
• Lead RPA and document processing and clinical workflow optimization.
• Establish enterprise AI center of excellence and advise on buy/build decisions.
• Define and lead unified AI strategy across Health Plan, Care Delivery, and Research.
