Candidate will lead technical discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and capacity planning. The position requires 5+ years in advisory roles and strong knowledge of AI-powered enterprise search and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (CS/IT/Engineering).
• 5+ years in consulting, enterprise architecture, automation, or related advisory roles.
• 3+ years in AI-powered enterprise search, knowledge management, or discovery.
• 4+ years with enterprise applications (frontend/backend).
• 3+ years reviewing or implementing automation solutions.
• Experience evaluating AI/automation tools in enterprise settings.
• Strong software development, system architecture, and documentation skills.
• Ability to conduct technical Q&A sessions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess current processes and automation assets for knowledge reuse.
• Document and organize fragmented technical documentation.
• Review code repositories to improve searchability as an asset.
• Evaluate automation capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze environments including databases, apps, APIs, and external interfaces.
• Recommend AI-powered search, knowledge management, and automation solutions.
• Assess AI tools like Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms.
• Provide feasibility, approach, effort estimates, and high-level cost guidance.
• Develop actionable roadmaps to boost discovery, automation, and efficiency.
