Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Cloud / AI Architect for a remote, contract role focused on building scalable AI platforms and intelligent automation strategies. You will lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions, using AWS Agent Core and modern agent-based patterns.

The role requires deep experience with AI/ML, RAG architectures, vector databases, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver production-ready pipelines and governance across AWS and GCP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in CS/AI/Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant cloud and AI certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions and intelligent workflows.
• Build proof-of-concept and production-ready AI pipelines using AWS Agent Core and agent-based architectures.
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks for scalable knowledge retrieval and AI decision-making.
• Define standards, patterns, and best practices for AI agents, orchestration, vector search, and data integration.
• Evaluate cloud strategies across AWS, GCP, and other AI ecosystems.
