Job summary

NCR Voyix, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Principal AI Engineer to drive AI adoption across corporate functions, contact centers, and GTM products. You will design, build, and operationalize AI solutions on Azure and Google Cloud, leading architecture, governance, and cross-functional initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in software/AI engineering, 5+ years delivering production AI/ML at scale, and strong leadership to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, data engineering, or AI engineering.
• 5+ years delivering production AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.
• Proven experience architecting AI solutions on Azure and/or Google Cloud.
• Experience building and deploying customer-facing AI products.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, operations, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption across Corporate Functions, Contact Center Operations, and GTM products.
• Architect and deploy enterprise AI solutions on Azure and Google Cloud.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI and AI-powered workflow automation.
• Develop reusable enterprise AI patterns, frameworks, and accelerators.
