Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks an Agile Developer to modernize a legacy system using a microservices-based architecture in Annapolis Junction, MD. Candidates must hold a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and have 9+ years of experience or 7+ with a related Masters degree.

Description

We are seeking an Agile Developer that will take part in modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. 9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Required skills:

• Utilizing a test framework to execute manual and automated tests.
• Authoring tests utilizing Cucumber and Playwright.
• Knowledgeable in Microservices design & architecture, CI/CD, Test frameworks and automation, Agile Methodology.
• Execute load and performance testing, chaos testing, functional testing and end-to-end testing.
• Agile development and delivery of software.
• Communication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.

Desired skills (1+ of the below):

• Playwright, Cucumber, JMeter, Swagger (or similar API tool), Selenium Tools: Cypress, 508 testing tools (JAWS or NVDA)
• S/W: Java, Javascript, Python, Ansible
• Other: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Gitlab, Jira
