Job summary

Staker Parson Companies in Utah is seeking an Aggregate Quality Manager to lead enterprise quality initiatives across the aggregates operations, ensuring compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, UDOT standards and driving standardized quality management systems.

You will partner with Operations, Environmental, Engineering, and Commercial teams to improve product performance, support customer success, and advance operational excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Management, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in aggregate quality, materials engineering, or construction materials.
• Deep knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, UDOT, and applicable quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership experience supporting technical teams across multiple operations or locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide Aggregate Quality Management System.
• Establish standardized testing procedures, laboratory practices, quality metrics, and documentation requirements across all aggregate operations.
• Partner with operational and safety leaders to identify risks, promote safe work practices, and ensure quality processes support a safe and compliant work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
