The Opportunity
This position is remote within the Abbott Heart Failure, Acelis Connected Health business. Our Heart Failure solutions address some of the world’s greatest healthcare challenges.
Position: Enterprise Account Manager, INR
You will be responsible for growing our INR home monitoring for patients on warfarin and digital business in large, complex healthcare systems.
What You’ll Work On
- Grow assigned IDNs and large volume regional accounts.
- Master a top-down sales approach to drive adoption across large health systems.
- Engage with C-Suite executives and align services with their strategic vision.
- Meet or exceed goals for new prescriptions and active users.
- Identify key influencers and decision-makers, establishing executive relationships to promote system-wide adoption.
- Focus on IDNs/health systems, anticoagulation clinics, and hospitals.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and leverage internal resources.
- Guide professional organizations in patient self-testing adoption.
- Manage the sales cycle effectively to understand customer needs and achieve outcomes.
- Engage in clinical and business sales conversations regarding Acelis services.
- Provide consultative insights, demonstrate proficiency with operating systems like Salesforce, and support business development.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clinical staff, and provide reports and educational resources to key accounts.
- Overcome barriers to adoption through negotiation and product demonstrations.
- Maintain professional relationships and follow regulatory, privacy, and security policies.
- Participate in training and development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years relevant sales experience, including 1-3 years selling to healthcare executives
- 2-5 years in complex sales and negotiations
- Willingness to travel 50% or more, residing near a major airport
- Experience in Medical Devices, DME, or Pharmaceuticals, preferably with Acelis or Abbott
- Ability to make decisions per company and government guidelines
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams, and to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience traveling extensively
- Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce
- Detail-oriented, persuasive, and influential sales skills

The base pay range is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00, varying by location.
