The Enterprise Account Manager for HPE Aruba Networking serves as the overall account lead (single point of contact) for numerous, named enterprise accounts in an assigned geographic territory. The role involves understanding clients' key business and IT challenges, driving value for clients, and maximizing revenue and margin for the company. The focus is on penetrating and winning new accounts and expanding existing accounts.

This is a telework position based in Georgia.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term sales pipelines to increase market share in specialized areas.
  • Utilize expertise to seek new customer value opportunities by expanding and enhancing existing opportunities.
  • Set direction for business development and solution replication.
  • Create and grow reference customers.
  • Sell complex products or solutions on a partnership basis.
  • Establish professional, consultative relationships with clients, including C-level contacts, understanding their unique business needs.
  • Maintain cross-portfolio knowledge to support account leads with solution integration.
  • Contribute to enduring executive relationships, promoting the company's professionalism and solutions.
  • Maintain expertise on IT applications, budgets, objectives, and metrics.
  • Keep broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with customer executives.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • Relevant previous work experience.
  • Proven achievement in higher quota and diverse customer engagement.
  • Experience with multiple sales responsibilities.
  • Recognized as an expert in the field by company and customers.
  • Mentor in selling strategy and design strategy.
  • Typically 12+ years of related sales experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Mastery of product, solution, or service offerings and competitors.
  • Understanding of client's business, infrastructure, and architecture.
  • Leadership and initiative in driving portfolio solutions.
  • Strategic planning and business case development.
  • Effective C-level engagement skills.
  • Experience working with partners to generate revenue.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and solutions.
