LearnQuest is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with proven success developing business in the IT training industry.

This role requires a confident, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building new opportunities, growing existing accounts, and closing deals with enterprise clients across Fortune 500 companies, government, and complex global organizations. The ideal candidate is based in the U.S. and experienced working remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and grow existing client relationships within enterprise and government accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of LearnQuest training solutions by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Identify client needs and tailor training solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams on strategies that generate and convert leads.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue and margin goals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and LearnQuest’s evolving course offerings.
