As we continue to scale, we’re quickly growing in the FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) market and seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to further this growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven B2B SaaS sales professional who thrives on expanding new markets, driving strategic sales cycles, and contributing directly to company growth.
What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to close—with a focus on net-new business within the FQHC and primary care space.
- Develop and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline that aligns with company revenue objectives.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned quotas tied to monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and quarterly goals.
- Build executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT leadership.
- Deliver engaging, tailored product demos that clearly articulate value to a variety of decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to drive client success and iterate on messaging and positioning.
- Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast deals, and maintain transparent, data-driven sales activities.
- Travel as needed (~50–60%) for industry events, prospect meetings, and client engagement.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of success in a B2B sales role, with a demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed goals.
- Experience selling healthcare technology or SaaS solutions—bonus points for familiarity with FQHCs, community health, or value-based care models.
- Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical features into ROI-driven value for customers.
- Highly organized and self-motivated; able to prioritize, plan, and execute in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage a modern sales process.
- Bachelor's degree is helpful but not required.
