The Team:

Aisera’s seasoned founding team has led companies through several prior successful startups and acquisitions. What you'll do:

  • Qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000-10,000 seats.
  • Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way.
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle.
  • Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and build relationships.
  • Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customer pain points.
  • Close sales with a $1M quota.
  • Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals.
  • Competitive team player who wants to be the MVP and help the entire team succeed.
  • An avid learner of technology who can learn the basics quickly and apply them to business situations.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
  • 3-10 years of experience in enterprise account management and sales.
  • Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid-market to enterprise organizations.
  • Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting.
  • Understanding of sales process and ability to move accounts through sales stages effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals.
  • Proven track record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving passion and service orientation.
  • Show independence and flexibility in dealing with change management.
  • Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources.
  • Composed, poised, and professional demeanor in all situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and service orientation.
