Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

About the Role: Enterprise Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive growth by promoting our solutions within the enterprise sector. Your role involves engaging with senior stakeholders in large organizations, addressing their project planning and risk management challenges, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals. You will leverage your enterprise sales expertise and frameworks like MEDDICC to build lasting client relationships and deliver impactful outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing SaaS company at the forefront of construction technology innovation.

Experience
  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Proven success in achieving revenue targets and closing contracts of $100k+ ARR.
Sales Skills
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder engagement, using frameworks like MEDDICC.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of articulating ROI to executive audiences.
Industry Knowledge
  • Familiarity with project management, risk management, or delay analysis software is a plus.
  • Understanding industry decision-making processes is desirable.
Technical Aptitude
  • Comfort with SaaS tools, CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), and willingness to learn technical aspects of our product.

  • Highly organized, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
