Your Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the private sector, you will drive new business growth by introducing our platform to corporate legal teams, litigation support groups, compliance units, law firms, and enterprise security leaders. Youll collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to deliver tailored solutions that solve high-stakes legal, compliance, and investigative challenges.

What Youll Do
  • Own the Sales Cycle : Manage full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close, engaging legal, compliance, and technical buyers.
  • Expand Market Reach : Build relationships with digital forensics teams, cybersecurity groups, eDiscovery professionals, legal departments, law firms, and service providers that rely on defensible, scalable digital evidence tools.
  • Leverage Partnerships : Work closely with channel partners (VARs, MSPs, legal tech consultants) to extend value to clients.
  • Be the Expert : Stay ahead of digital forensics, legal tech, eDiscovery, and compliance trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver Impact : Lead compelling demos and presentations tailored to the needs of legal and executive decision-makers.
  • Collaborate Internally : Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Inside Sales to align strategies and accelerate the buyer journey.
  • Think Global : Support clients across time zones and represent Oxygen Forensics at industry and legal tech events.
What Were Looking For
  • Relevant Experience : 3+ years of enterprise or SMB sales success within legal technology, eDiscovery, compliance, cybersecurity, or digital forensics.
  • Sales Excellence : Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex B2B environments.
  • Workflow Knowledge : Familiarity with corporate legal operations, litigation support, eDiscovery workflows, compliance requirements, and digital forensics use cases.
  • Consultative Seller : Ability to uncover pain points and map solutions effectively for both legal and technical buyers.
  • Process-Oriented : Skilled in using structured methodologies such as Sandler, MEDDICC, or similar to drive repeatable success.
  • Channel Experience : Exposure to working with resellers, legal service providers, or technology partners is a plus.
  • Executive Presence : Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust at the C-suite level.
