Anaplan is hiring anENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE for our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Vertical.In this role, you will leverage your proven track record in selling sophisticated technology solutions and account management to sell our versatile platform. You will help industry leaders understand the impact of Anaplan products and how our connected planning solution ends siloed decision-making, enabling customers to achieve immediate goals and future growth.




This role will drive Anaplan's growth and digital transformation efforts, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President (RVP). You may manage up to 50 accounts within a defined geographic territory, primarily greenfield accounts, with several existing Anaplan customers. Your focus will be on expanding our footprint through new logo acquisition and growing opportunities within current accounts.


Your Impact

  • Engage with targeted consumer-focused organizations to identify broken processes and demonstrate how Anaplan can solve these issues.

  • Build business value throughout the sales process, navigating complex environments to align prospects with Anaplan solutions.

  • Deliver effective presentations to senior executives, including SVPs and C-suite leaders like CFOs and CROs, across supply chain, workforce, and other functions.

  • Manage opportunities from start to finish across multiple targets and functions.

  • Utilize Anaplan's value-based selling methodology and tools for sales processes and forecasting.

  • Identify expansion opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling within targeted accounts.

  • Lead strategic sales planning for accurate forecasting.

  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams.


Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in Fortune 2000 companies, preferably in SaaS solutions.

  • Proven success selling to Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents.

  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas with high-value contracts.

  • Established network within your industry territory, including customers and partners.

  • Experience with complex partner and internal team organizations.

  • Understanding of supply chain, FP&A, workforce planning, and sales functions.

  • Strong opportunity management and multi-tasking skills.

  • Experience selling to consumer-facing enterprises such as FMCG, F&B, retail, and apparel.


Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant experience.

  • Experience with SFDC, Altify, Marketo, and Engagio is a plus.

  • Knowledge of account planning methodologies like MEDDIC or Miller Heiman.
