About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of selling Braintrust AIR— driving new business and guiding some of the world’s most innovative organizations as they automate their recruiting process. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role, and we’re looking for someone who’s equal parts strategist, solutions architect, and deal closer.

You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with some lead generation support from SDRs and marketing.You’ll also source and drive a meaningful portion of your own pipeline, do your own industry research, build business cases, run pilots, and help prospects reimagine their hiring process through AI.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing enterprise deals
  • Guide clients through structured pilots and multi-phase deployment strategies
  • Build compelling business cases and pitch to stakeholders ranging from C-Suite to TA leaders
  • Act as a trusted advisor—mapping AIR to each client’s pain points and hiring goals
  • Capture feedback to help shape product and process improvements
  • Maintain a clear, up-to-date pipeline and forecast via Salesforce
  • Always be learning; research verticals, study metrics, and test messaging constantly

  • New revenue growth: Net new bookings and active billings
  • Process ownership: Clear, strategic, and effective sales motions
  • Customer transformation: Helping clients realize tangible ROI with AIR

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

  • 5–10 years of total experience, with 2–5+ years in B2B SaaS, AI, or HR tech sales
  • Experience selling early-stage or cutting-edge tech—especially in pilot-led motions
  • Strong discovery and diagnosis skills—able to uncover pain and build urgency
  • Proven ability to translate complex solutions into boardroom-ready value stories
  • Familiarity with recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion, etc.
  • Fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Copilot and excitement about AI's impact on hiring

  • Highly consultative: You listen well, teach thoughtfully, and tailor your pitch
  • Precise and proactive: You come to every meeting prepared and buttoned up
  • Gritty and resourceful: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments without rigid playbooks

  • Sold into Talent Acquisition, HR, or Ops
  • Background in recruiting, consulting, or product before transitioning into sales
  • Experience guiding enterprise clients through tech adoption or org transformation
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer, RevOps leader, or HR Tech CSM
  • Equity stake in the business
