The Auth0 Sales Team

Auth0 supports Okta's vision by offering a secure, highly available enterprise platform that secures billions of log-ins annually for Consumer and SaaS applications. As an Auth0 Account Executive, you will drive growth through acquiring new logos and nurturing existing customer relationships, supported by the Okta ecosystem.

The Enterprise Auth0 Account Executive Opportunity

The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-driven professional passionate about security and combating identity threats. You will focus on delivering value to Application Development teams and expanding our customer base.

This role involves travel to our San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL offices for onboarding during the first week. Please request accommodations if needed.

What you'll be doing:
  • Develop a strategic plan for long-term pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets to support year-over-year growth
  • Create and execute account strategies to generate opportunities and bookings
  • Engage with decision-makers in prospect accounts
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue quotas
  • Leverage partners to identify opportunities
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
  • Travel as necessary to build customer relationships
What you'll bring to the role:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Proven ability to sell to CTOs, Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams
  • Strong technical discovery skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with team collaboration skills
  • Experience with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler (we use MEDDPICC)
Compensation and Benefits

For California candidates, the annual OTE ranges from $240,000 to $360,000 USD, including base salary and incentives. Okta offers equity, health benefits, 401(k), paid leave, and more. Learn about our Total Rewards at rewards.okta.com/us.
