As an Account Executive, you will own and grow strategic relationships within some of Ingram Micro’s largest and most influential technology partners in North America. This is a highly visible role focused on driving profitable growth, expanding executive-level relationships, increasing customer adoption, and aligning Ingram Micro’s solutions, services, and platform capabilities with customer business objectives.
This opportunity supports Ingram Micro's Enterprise business unit, which serves some of the company's largest and most strategic customers. The successful candidate will inherit and manage complex, high-revenue enterprise accounts while identifying new opportunities for profitable growth across a broad technology portfolio.
Please note: This is a field-based role with up to 50% travel. Candidates should ideally be located within Ingram Micro's Central Sales Territory, with preference for the St. Louis or Chicagoland area.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise with exceptional relationship‑building skills. You are naturally curious, highly collaborative, and comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders. You can simplify complex technology conversations, uncover business challenges, and create growth opportunities that deliver meaningful value for customers and Ingram Micro alike.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,400.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long‑term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
