Qualifications

About the Role:

We value empathy, ambition, and team spirit. We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for our Sales Department. You will have a proven record of developing key partnerships, researching, identifying, pitching, and closing new business deals. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and significantly contribute to our success.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Lead the full sales cycle to close deals in your designated region.
  2. Work with leadership to identify market demands, uncover growth opportunities, and enhance our product positioning.
  3. Implement engaging sales strategies to meet quotas and foster a culture of active sales participation.
  4. Establish and utilize sales support tools to support business growth and meet revenue targets.
  5. Coordinate with client services and implementation teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform strategies and ensure goals are met.
  7. Travel occasionally to meet with clients.
  8. Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Business Development Representatives for market research and prospect engagement.
  9. Engage with customers, partners, and the ecosystem through a consultative sales approach.
  10. Develop and support marketing initiatives for lead generation.
  11. Experience in B2G sales is required.
About You:
  1. 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
  2. Proven success in Business-to-Government (B2G) sales, understanding the unique challenges involved.
  3. Hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  4. Ability to generate significant revenue in high-transaction environments.
  5. Skilled in building relationships and developing champions within accounts.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams.
  7. Strategic thinker with innovative sales approach and execution skills.
  8. Self-motivated, energetic, results-driven leader.
  9. Ability to engage effectively with high-level stakeholders and diverse personas.
  10. Strong presentation skills and written communication.
