Role

UKG is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive, responsible for net-new logo sales in our S&D West business segment. While each AE owns a few upsell accounts, this is a true Hunter role.

About You
  • 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level. HRMS/Payroll experience is a strong plus.
  • Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota
  • 3+ years selling complex deals over $800K in ARR
  • Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch
  • Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement

Responsibilities
  • Own net-new logo sales in the S&D West segment; manage upsell accounts as part of a Hunter role
  • Build and maintain territory and pipeline from scratch
  • Lead strategic, multi-person/functional teams and engage executives to advance deals
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closure, including coordinating with internal partners

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 annually; base pay offered may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of a total compensation package.
