Jackson Physician Search is assisting a successful private ENT practice in the Boston area to recruit an Otolaryngologist. The role focuses on general ENT with Rhinology, Laryngology and Otology needs, supported by on-site Lab, Audiology, ENG Testing and videostroboscopy.

The position offers a guaranteed salary with year-one production bonus upside, potential partnership and profit sharing, plus comprehensive benefits. Start date is 2026/2027.

Qualifications

• American Board Certified (or eligible for residents) in Otolaryngology.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Start date: 2026/2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide general ENT care including Rhinology, Laryngology and Otology.
• Work with PA support across both practice settings.
• Participate in 1 in 8 call schedule.
