Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Staff RN for ENT: Head and Neck / Rhinology. The RN coordinates nursing care, provides direct patient care, and guides transitions of care within Mayo Clinic’s Nursing Practice Model.

New graduates may apply via the Nurse Residency Program. Requires a current RN license and BLS. TN sponsorship is available; flexible hours and team-based care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN licensure.
• One year of RN experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Current BLS certification required prior to start date.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
