Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse for ENT: Head and Neck and Rhinology care. The RN coordinates nursing care, educates patients and families, and manages transitions of care within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and at least one year of RN experience. BLS certification and state RN licensure are required prior to start, with TN sponsorship possible for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, education and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership through preceptor roles and quality improvement efforts.
