Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician for a hospital-employed role in Dover, Delaware. The position offers a flexible mix of clinic and operating room time with the opportunity to focus up to 50% on subspecialties such as rhinology or head and neck.

You will join an established ENT service line at two modern campuses, supported by APPs, audiology, and Epic EMR, enabling you to deliver high-quality care with strong patient volumes and professional autonomy.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologists.
• Physicians must have current Delaware license or eligibility.
• Ability to practice across two hospital campuses with potential subspecialty time.

Responsibilities

• Practice at two modern hospital campuses in central or southern Delaware.
• Share up to 50% of clinical time in subspecialties such as rhinology or head and neck.
• Collaborate with APPs, audiology, nursing, and EMR teams to deliver high-quality care.
