Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic in Delaware seeks Board Certified or Eligible Otolaryngologists to join a well-established ENT service line within a leading not-for-profit health system. The role offers a busy practice with strong clinical support, modern facilities, and an employed model.

The position includes opportunities to develop subspecialties such as Rhinology and Head & Neck Surgery, a 1:5 call rotation, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Eligible Otolaryngologists.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to develop subspecialty interests.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform general ENT procedures with flexibility to develop subspecialty interests such as Rhinology and Head & Neck Surgery, dedicating up to 50% of practice to these areas.
Manage a significant patient population within a regional referral network supported by a dedicated team including Physician Assistants, Audiologists, RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants.
Utilize purpose-built ENT clinic space equipped with advanced technology and integrated with electronic health records (EPIC).
Participate in a 1:5 call rotation, providing consistent patient care and coverage.
