Job summary

Avera Ear, Nose & Throat Sioux Falls is seeking a physician to provide and manage direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and patient care within a recognized area of practice. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and adherence to high clinical standards.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, perform necessary procedures, educate patients and families, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Licensed medical doctor or DO with board certification/eligibility in the state of practice.
• Ability to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per approved protocols.
• Provide health education to patients and families and engage in care planning.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients following approved protocols.
• Provide medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as required.
• Interpret diagnostic information and formulate appropriate care plans.
• Maintain patient records and ensure safety and quality of care.
