Dignity Health Medical Group - North State is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician to join our ENT team in Redding, CA. You will diagnose and treat a broad range of ENT conditions across clinic and surgical settings within a high-volume hospital system.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, with maxillofacial trauma call responsibilities and a supportive, physician-led group focused on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist.
• California medical license BE/BC.
• Medical degree from an accredited school.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
• Willingness to take Maxillofacial trauma call at a Level II trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of ear, nose, and throat conditions in clinic and surgical settings.
• Manage a diverse patient panel, providing evidence-based care for routine and complex ENT cases.
• Work in clinic and operative settings with designated block time.
• Participate in maxillofacial trauma call at a Level II Trauma Center.
• Provide clinical care with ability to perform minor procedures in-office.
