Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Physician Assistant for ENT services. You will evaluate and treat patients with ENT conditions across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings, serving as a primary surgical assistant and supporting postoperative care.

Under supervision of a licensed ENT physician, the role includes pre-op planning, patient education, and participation in teaching/QA activities. Experience in ENT or related procedures is beneficial; license requirements apply.

Qualifications

• ARC-PA-accredited PA program completed.
• Licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York State.
• Current unrestricted DEA certificate for mid-level providers.

Responsibilities

• Act as first assistant in the operating room and assist with pre/post-operative care.
• Schedule surgical cases and ensure pre-operative clearance.
• Perform histories, physicals, orders, and interpret tests under supervision.
