Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Active Ohio PA license (or eligibility).
• Experience in ENT or surgical specialties preferred; new grads welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations with history-taking and exams.
• Diagnose and manage ENT conditions including head & neck issues.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (imaging, labs).
• Perform in-office procedures (e.g., flexible laryngoscopy, debridement).
• Provide pre/post-operative care and patient education.
• Document encounters in EMR accurately and timely.
• Assist in surgical procedures in hospital or outpatient settings (optional).
• Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, nurses, and staff.
• Participate in clinic call rotation (no hospital call).

Education

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program

Current NCCPA certification

Active Ohio PA license or eligibility

ENT or surgical experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
