Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established otolaryngology practice in the Niceville area. The role is full-time, with standard clinic hours and a busy, supportive environment.

Qualified candidates will have licensure as a PA or APRN, with strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to participate in minor surgical procedures and postoperative care. Experience in internal medicine or allergy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of internal medicine or allergy clinical experience preferred.
• ENT experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical, surgical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform minor surgical office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor surgical procedures and clinician evaluations in the office.
• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
• Coordinate care with surgeons and support staff.
• Maintain patient rapport and clear communication throughout care.
