Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, a leading ENT practice in the Niceville area, seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a busy team. The role includes minor surgical procedures and office-based evaluation and treatment, with emphasis on excellent patient care and collaboration with a skilled support staff.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of internal medicine or allergy experience, ENT experience is a plus, and a commitment to long-term service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of internal medicine or allergy experience preferred.
• ENT experience is a plus.
• Minor surgical office procedures experience preferred.
• Initial evaluation and physical examination.
• Preoperative, postoperative and follow-up care experience.
• Excellent medical understanding with analytical and clinical skills.
• Preoperative education and data preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor surgical procedures.
• Evaluate and treat patients in the office setting.
• Coordinate pre-and postoperative care with the surgical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient rapport.
• Support and communicate effectively with surgeons and staff.
