Qualifications

• Required: NP or PA board certification.
• Required: Active ARNP or PA license in Oregon, or ability to obtain during credentialing.
• Required: BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: ENT experience (willing to train the right candidate).
