Job summary

AOIA is seeking an ENT/otolaryngology physician to join an established team at a hospital-affiliated practice in the Raleigh area. This hospital-employed role offers a 4.5-day workweek with dedicated OR time and a broad case mix in pediatric and adult ENT.

Compensation includes a $495,000 base salary plus uncapped production incentives, strong benefits, tail coverage, generous PTO/CME, and up to a $200,000 recruitment incentive. J1 and H1B visa support is available.
