Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in San Antonio is seeking an Otolaryngology physician to join an expanding ENT service line. The incoming physician will work in a practice offering general ENT with potential subspecialty in plastics/head & neck and a lean on-site team including audiology support.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with a mix of clinic and ambulatory surgery center days, emphasizing high-volume outpatient care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board eligibility or certification in Otolaryngology.
• Texas medical licensure eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Expand ENT service line with potential plastics/head and neck interests.
• Clinic: 3 days; OR: 1–2 days; half-day procedure clinic; 5–10 surgeries/week.
• Zero trauma or ER call; no inpatient rounding; post-op call is shared.
