Responsibilities

• Develop clinical privileges criteria for department members.
• Ensure adherence to Medical Staff policies and clinical practice standards.
• Coordinate patient care with nursing and ancillary services.
• Identify and address opportunities to improve quality of care.
• Provide orientation and continuing education within the department.
