Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Otolaryngology team. The role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient ENT care for pediatric and adult patients, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call duties.

The APP will collaborate with physicians, residents, audiologists, and a multidisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive ENT care and continued clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required from an accredited PA or NP program.
• Massachusetts Medical License, DEA and CSR with national certification.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; ENT experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient ENT care.
• Conduct patient rounds and evaluate inpatient consults with the care team.
• Manage an outpatient panel with new patient evaluations and post-operative care.
