Job summary

Chesapeake Specialty Care in Maryland is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our busy ENT practice. This physician-led, high-volume environment offers collaborative patient care and ongoing professional growth.

You will evaluate and manage ENT patients of all ages, perform in-office procedures within your scope, and coordinate care across audiology, allergy, and vestibular services. Coverage at Owings Mills, Columbia, Westminster, and Rosedale locations is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification as an NP.
• Eligible for Maryland NP license.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in otolaryngology as a specialty.
• Ability to work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and managing patients with common ENT conditions.
• Obtaining comprehensive histories and performing ENT examinations.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Managing follow-up visits and ongoing patient care.
• Assisting with pre- and post-operative patient management.
• Performing appropriate in-office procedures within scope.
• Reviewing diagnostic testing and coordinating follow-up.
• Providing patient education and counseling.
• Coordinating care with audiology, allergy, vestibular therapy, and other services.
• Providing clinical coverage at Owings Mills and Columbia locations.
