Job summary

Chesapeake Specialty Care (Chesapeake ENT) is a physician-driven ENT practice serving the greater Baltimore–Washington metropolitan area. We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team, with opportunities across four Maryland locations including Owings Mills (main), Columbia, Westminster, and Rosedale.

The NP will work closely with otolaryngologists to provide high-quality, patient-centered ENT care, evaluating and managing patients, developing treatment

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher from an accredited NP program.
• Current national board certification as an NP.
• Eligible for or currently licensed as an NP in Maryland.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility, as applicable.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in developing or continuing a career in otolaryngology.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative physician-led environment.
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple practice locations as needed.
• ENT experience preferred, but motivated NPs with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with common ENT conditions.
• Obtain comprehensive histories and perform focused ENT examinations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Manage follow-up visits and ongoing patient care.
• Assist with pre- and post-operative patient management.
• Perform in-office procedures within training and scope of practice.
• Review diagnostic testing and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Coordinate care with audiology, allergy, vestibular therapy, and other services.
• Provide coverage at Owings Mills and Columbia locations, with support at other offices as needed.
