UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA, invites applications for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Otolaryngology (ENT). Full-time schedule with no on‑call, weekends, or holidays.

You will provide inpatient and outpatient ENT care, perform rounds, manage an outpatient panel, and develop treatment plans. A master’s degree and MA license are required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Massachusetts Medical License, DEA and CSR.
• National certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient ENT care.
• Conduct patient rounds and evaluate inpatient consults with residents and attending physicians.
• Manage an independent outpatient panel including new patient evaluations and post‑operative care.
• Develop treatment plans, review diagnostic results, and coordinate ongoing patient management.
• Document patient encounters in the EMR and communicate via the patient portal.
• Collaborate with referring providers, audiology, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality patient care.
