ENT Medical Director / Otolaryngology Physician

Corning NY

Compensation: $500K+ with a $100K Signing Bonus + $15K Relocation Assistance

We are seeking an MD/DO with Board Certification and at least 5 years of experience in ENT. This leader will oversee a well-established, high-volume ENT program offering comprehensive services including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology. The team comprises specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network. The ideal candidate will be committed to mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

  1. Experience in developing junior staff and faculty.
  2. Proven academic and professional service record to support the growth of ENT services at Guthrie.
  3. Management of a high-volume, well-established practice.
  4. Support for sub-specialty programs for adult (Head & Neck, Rhinology, Otology) and general pediatric services.
  5. Modern, free-standing clinic facilities.
  6. Updated ORs with robotic access in remodeled Intensive Care and Emergency Departments.
  7. Access to a robust Epic EHR system, ranked in the top 1% of Epic organizations.
