ENT Medical Director / Otolaryngology Physician

Binghamton, NY

Compensation: $500K+ with a $100K Signing Bonus + $15K Relocation Assistance

We are seeking an MD/DO with Board Certification and at least 5 years of experience in ENT. The successful candidate will lead a well-established, high-volume ENT program offering comprehensive services including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology. The team comprises specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network. A focus on mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented culture is essential.

  • Experience in developing junior staff and faculty
  • Proven academic accomplishments and professional service to support the growth of ENT at Guthrie
  • Experience in high-volume, well-established practice
  • Support for subspecialty programs for adult (Head & neck, Rhinology, Otology) and general pediatric services
  • Modern, free-standing clinic facilities
  • Updated ORs with robotic access in remodeled Intensive Care and Emergency Departments
  • Robust Epic EHR system (Top 1% of Epic organizations)
