Florida ENT and Allergy, a division of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time position at our Brandon office. The role involves in-office procedures, patient care, and supporting physicians in a busy ENT practice.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of hands-on CMA experience, certification current, and comfort with surgical procedures. Proficiency in medical terminology, EMR systems, and bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year hands-on CMA experience.
• Current CMA certification.
• Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a clear speaking voice.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.
• EMR experience.
• Strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Answering patient calls
