Vituity Locations: Opportunities at 475 sites across the country, serving 9 million patients annually. Your job can move with you if you relocate.

The Opportunity

• Support Reimbursement and Application Support by completing research, enrollment, and monitoring submissions for payment conversions to EFT and ERA.
• Maintain detailed records of submissions, enrollment statuses, and effective dates.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external partners by participating in meetings, conference calls, and contacting payers via phone, email, and portals.
• Maintain administrative access to website portals for enrollments, EOBs, and ERAs.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers on enrollment for new TIN/Site start-ups.
• Use Vituity's systems to monitor incoming electronic remittance files.
• Identify missing remittances and work with Application Support and the clearinghouse to resolve issues.
• Work with Reimbursement Leadership to resolve file issues.

Required Experience and Competencies

• At least 2 years of healthcare billing experience.
• Thorough understanding of RCM billing and reimbursement operations.
• Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clearinghouses, claims billing, and electronic remittance files preferred.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Vituity systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to analyze information, define issues, and propose solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to follow through with minimal supervision.
