Job summary

Primrose School of Lakeshore in Houston, TX is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support family engagement and drive school enrollment. This role focuses on building relationships with families and our local community to promote the Primrose experience.

You will work with the Director and staff to ensure enrollment goals are met, while maintaining a safe and supportive school environment. This is an hourly position with regular weekday hours and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
• Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
• Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
• Managing lead follow up and community marketing efforts
• Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
