What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform enrollment activities across multiple clearinghouses for EDI-related file processing
• Maintain relationships and communication with clients to ensure timely enrollment of Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs)
• Submit enrollment applications and verify file transfers for accuracy
• Drive the company's culture through exceptional customer service standards
• Follow up on enrollment submissions and maintain administrative access to client-related information

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare Cash Posting, Medical Office, Insurance, or Billing
• Required experience with EFT, ERA, and EDI processes
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel for data processing
• Understanding of revenue cycle management principles
• Proven ability to maintain effective communication and relationships with clients
