Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of management experience required.
• Must work at Miramar campus.
• Detail oriented, assertive, self-starter.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement admissions goals and strategies.
• Develop marketing campaigns conveying the school’s mission.
• Collaborate with department leadership and financial aid to smooth admissions.
• Direct the creation of printed admission materials and transfer policies.
• Lead recruitment programs with faculty and staff.
• Hire, train, and manage admissions staff to meet enrollment plans.
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and accrediting standards.
