Colorado Mountain College is seeking an Enrollment Services Assistant to support enrollment, registration, and recordkeeping across the campus, collaborating with faculty and administration.
The role includes front desk duties, admissions support, data entry, reporting, and program coordination, with a 28-hour workweek. A Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience are typical, and strong MS Office skills are expected. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Under the supervision of a designated supervisor, the EnrollmentServices Assistant is responsible for assisting with enrollment,registration, and recordkeeping procedures in cooperation withfaculty and administration at assigned campus. Illustrations of thework include, but are not limited to, any of the following servesand assists students; assists admissions; registrations; processingand maintenance of student records. Activities are more complex andconfidential and include responsibility for all clerical/technicalaspects of a department or administrative office.
This position provides a variety of administrative support toassigned administrator and department; establishes, maintains, andensures compliance of department records; assist with budgetarymatters; tracks department funds and purchasing; compiles reports;and monitors assigned projects and/or program components. Mayhandle a variety of clerical, student support, and facilitycoordination duties.
*This is a part-time position which is limited to 28 hours perCMC’s workweek. CMC’s workweek is Saturday through Friday.
Education and experience sufficient to meet the rigors of theposition. Examples may include a Bachelor’s Degree from anaccredited institution and one year related work experience, orequivalent education and experience that will provide the necessaryknowledge, skill and abilities to perform the functions of theposition.
Knowledge of: variety of standard administrative and businessmethods and procedures; standard Microsoft Office software.Familiarity with other software such as Access, Publisher,Photoshop, and InDesign is beneficial.
Ability to: read, write, speak, and understand English well;operate variety of office equipment; proficient in computerapplications, including word processing, spreadsheets andelectronic mail; multi- task; meet deadlines; strong verbal,organizational, and interpersonal skills.

The hiring pay rate is $ 23.22 per hour. Benefits includeretirement contribution, annual and sick time, mental healthresources, and tuition benefit. CMC utilizes a wage progressioncompensation model that accounts for a candidate’s skill andexperience. Although a hiring rate is listed, this will be setcommensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications and incompliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Successful completion of a background check including motor vehicle records report is required. Incumbents in this position will adhere to all safety and compliance policies of Colorado Mountain College while performing all duties assigned. May require travel within the college district, altered work schedule and/or occasional evening/weekend hours.
This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally.
