As an Enrollment Services Advisor I , you'll assist prospective, current, and former students with their enrollment needs, including scholarships, financial aid, veteran benefits, billing, registration, and admissions. You'll also participate in presentations and workshops to support students and their families. We're looking for a customer service-oriented individual with experience in higher education or advising. If you're adaptable, comfortable communicating in various formats, and excited to enhance the student experience at Texas A&M,
Salary: $45,000/ Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire's experience

The Aggie One Stop will be an integrated student services office which enhances the student experience by providing high quality customer service for student enrollment services in one place. The Aggie One Stop will provide customer service for the following offices: Admissions Customer Service, Scholarships & Financial Aid, Student Business Services and Registrar.
