Sequoyah School is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial, and charismatic professional to expand the school's presence in existing and emerging markets, cultivate strategic educational and community partnerships, and grow the admissions pipeline. This individual will play a critical role in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified inquiries, and driving enrollment at the school's primary entry points, Kindergarten and 9th grade.
This position is highly outward-facing, requiring a relationship-builder who will proactively represent Sequoyah and establish networks with local schools, youth sports leagues, community organizations, local businesses, and non-profits. The ideal candidate will blend community engagement, strategic outreach, and enrollment marketing with strong CRM and data management skills to drive inquiry growth and improve enrollment outcomes.
The successful candidate will:
Increase inquiry volume at key entry grades.
Develop new strategic community partnerships.
Expand Sequoyah's visibility in priority markets.
Build a sustainable pipeline of prospective families through relationship-based outreach.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 3-7 years in admissions, enrollment management, business development, community engagement, marketing, partnership development, nonprofit advancement, or related customer acquisition roles.
Core Competencies: A proven growth-minded relationship-builder with a passion for networking, public speaking, and community engagement.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital pipeline management; experience with Finalsite is highly desirable.
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend community events and networking functions.
