You will serve as the primary contact for prospective students and families, presenting programs, financial aid options, and campus life, and coordinating interviews and information sessions.

You will travel for recruitment, present at high schools and college fairs, and assist with applications and data entry while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in higher education admissions.
• 1–3 years admissions and/or higher education experience.
• Valid NY driver's license to operate a vehicle in the region and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified students to Niagara University and guide them through enrollment.
• Interview prospective students and families to assess fit.
• Conduct information sessions and campus visits.
• Collaborate with guidance offices and high schools.
• Assist with application reviews and financial aid information.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records.
• Travel for recruitment and events, including occasional overnight trips.
• Represent the university at off-campus programs.
